Do you collect sales tax?
Birds & Bees Teas, LLC sales tax only applies to our gift sets and tea accessories, tea is treated as food and not taxed.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but we will be offering several gift boxed products in the near future.

We want you to adore our teas as much as we do, customer happiness and satisfaction is our goal! If for any reason you are not satisfied, Birds and Bees Teas will gladly refund or exchange your purchased tea or accessories within 10 days of your receipt.
How do I return items from my order?
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact us at email@example.com or (303) 520-5194 to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. We do not issue credit for items returned without an RMA number. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
